Dirt! will screen for free Wednesday, March 24, at 6:30pm, at Loyola Marymount University’s Ahmanson Auditorium in University Hall.
Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has partnered with ITVS to host this free screening of Dirt! followed by a Q & A with filmmaker Gene Rosow and LA Public Works Commissioner Paula Daniels.
Dirt! The Movie delves into the fascinating history of this lowly substance, explaining how four billion years of evolution have created the dirt that recycles our water, gives us food, provides us shelter, and can be used as a source of medicine, beauty and culture.
