la.curbed.com - In just a few weeks, Clive Wilkinson Architects will become the newest business in the Culver City Arts District, when the firm behind the 10 Palms condos opens its new 12,500 square foot headquarters at 6116 Washington Boulevard. The firm expects to start moving in in mid-May. The new double height office space resembles a "bespoke cube-like structure," with a ring of collaborative work spaces on the 6,500 square foot second floor, which will overlook a mezzanine lounge and a roof terrace. The building will also include "a solar panel canopy and solar tube daylighting throughout."
