Tip Number Two: Make it a family activity. A family that plays together stays together—because they like to! Every weekend, plan something active with your loved one(s), whether it is a walk in the park, hike in the local mountains, stroll around the Getty, or biking/skating/jogging on the boardwalk. Burn calories while you spend quality time with one another.
