Tip Number Four: Turn on the music and dance, Dance, DANCE! Move wherever and whenever you can. Dance and/or fidget while you cook, while you carpool, while you watch Dora the Explorer, while you’re on a less than exciting phone call, while you’re brushing your teeth… You get the idea. More activity means that you are using more of your muscles, which, as you may have guessed, burns more calories. If you don’t have time for that cardio hip hop-salsa-jazz-swing-handstanding merengue-synchronized kickboxing-class, create your own.
