Tip Number Five: How Easy Access Sells Homes. You would think that a home for sale listed on the MLS would be able for buyers to see, right? Wrong! As I write this, I can’t get 2 of my buyers into see a condo they have the cash, the loan, they want to move & I can’t get them in! Argh! It reminds me of that scene in Pretty Woman. Remember when she had all that cash to buy some respectable clothes & no one would help her? So frustrating. When selling your home, accessibility is one of the top 3 reasons a home will sell.
