Woohoo! Right about now, most homeowners want to stop doing open houses & limit when to show their home. This mindset is similar to switching from running to walking when the finish line is in site. If you have a great offer & the perfect buyer for your home, keep showing it! Maybe you’ve even become friends with the buyer, great! But if anything happens to their loan, their cash, they change their mind. Guess what? You start all over again!
