Productivity Tips From Caroline Donahue of Remabulous Coaching

Tip Number One: What do you miss? One of the most important things to do before changing up anything about your routine is to connect to a source of motivation. Whenever I work with a client whose time management is not working the way they would like, there is usually an activity, hobby, or aspect of their life that they have lost contact with as a result. If you had more time in every week, how would you spend it? Do you miss time with your family? Is there a hobby that fires you up that has fallen by the wayside? Promising yourself that you’ll spend at least some of the time you get back on this much-loved activity will ensure you stay fired up to make more productive choices. Think about what you really love this week- things that make you lose track of time and that always make you tingly and happy. Getting more time to spend on that will propel you to follow the tips in the coming weeks, I promise!
