I know it is a battle trying to get our kids’ hands off the video game controller, but this spring get them involved in something fun AND rewarding at Chef’s Inc. Culinary school. Trust me, they will eager to learn new cooking skills and even more eager to chow down on all their hard work at the end of every class. This year, each class will highlight a different dish from countries around the world. Getting them to leave the kitchen will be the hardest part! My daughter is already eager to prove to me that she can be mommy’s little helper in the kitchen. I signed up for the March 29th through April 2nd camp… but for more information, other dates, and availability, I’d check out chefsinc.net. I found their website super helpful and their staff super accommodating to my kids.
