The Annual Congress of Neighborhood Councils is taking place at Los Angeles City Hall on September 24th. This free event is an opportunity for all community members to learn about “How Neighborhood Councils Work,” “Land Use and Research Tools,” and participate in workshops regarding the City Budget, Emergency Preparedness, Animal Issues and more.
LA City Council Resurrects Neighborhood Councils Agency

The LA City Council has rescued the agency that oversees the city’s 90 neighborhood councils.
