The Los Angeles City Council will be holding a special meeting on Tuesday, December 13th to discuss the pilot of a 75MW Solar Feed-In Tariff program. An online petition invites the public to participate in this hearing, which will consider important elements of the new LA solar program, including pricing, implementation, application and regional parameters.
