Prosecutors are making headway in the insurrection probe, with new reports the DOJ has broken through some of Trump’s executive privilege claims. CNN reports that the DOJ summoned top White House aides Mike Pence to testify. Hope Hicks, a former Trump aide, was interviewed by the Jan. 6 Committee. Mary McCord, a DOJ veteran, joins Ari Melber, MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent, to discuss what all this means for Trump.
