‘Highly unlikely’ UK will overturn abortion legislation, says former Justice Secretary
Former Justice Secretary Sir Robert Buckland told Kay Burley that it is “highly unlikely” that the UK will overturn its laws on abortion – just as the US did with it’s ruling over Roe vs Wade.
He said the law is “settled and working well” and that the situation in the United States is “dramatically different” due to their law making system.
