After growing concerns throughout the day, the world’s media stopped their normal broadcasting to announce the news. Footage shows broadcasts from France, Germany, Italy, and the USA. To mark the Queen’s passing , the flags at Buckingham Palace & Windsor Castle were flown at half-mast after the announcement.
