Pakistan has raked up the Kashmir issue yet again. The Pakistan Foreign Minister was in the United States for UN General Assembly. He spoke out about it during an interaction hosted by Council on Foreign Relations. Bilawal Bhutto Zandari was asked about the floods in Pakistan and he said that he doesn’t see any improvement in India-Pak relations since Aug 2019,, when the special status of Jammu Kashmir was removed.
