President Joe Biden is set to give a primetime speech Thursday night on “the continued battle for the soul of the nation” as early voting in the November midterm elections draws nearer.

Biden will speak outside Independence National Historical Park, Philadelphia. This park is known as the birthplace American democracy and where Biden launched 2020 his presidential campaign.
After Biden used aggressive rhetoric last week at a Democratic rally, accusing Republicans “semifascism”, and saying that he doesn’t respect “these MAGA Republicans,” referring specifically to the political movement that was started by former President Donald Trump.
This rally sparked a midterm effort by Republicans to label them increasingly extreme. Democrats argue that abortion rights, survival of Social Security, climate, and democracy are all on the ballot.
