Supreme Court nominee called Bush, Rumsfeld ‘war criminals,’ senator claims | LiveNOW from FOX
Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson faced questions for a second day from the Senate Judiciary Committee weighing her candidacy for the high court. John Cornyn, a Republican senator, asked Brown Jackson about remarks she had made in a previous legal brief that referred to President George W. Later, Senator Dick Durbin clarified that Brown Jackson didn’t call them “war criminals”, but that their offices were accused of war crimes.
