Ukraine Receives RQ-20 PUMA from United States

Ukraine’s Armed Forces will receive RQ-20 Puma UAV from the US military. This transfer will take place as part of the $300million military aid package.
Ukraine’s Armed Forces will get RQ-20 Puma UAV from the US military. The UAV has four cameras, two optical and two infrared. Launch is done manually. Although the flight is controlled by an operator, it is possible to fly independently.
It was first used in 2007,, but the US Army, Marines and Navy have been using it ever since 2008..
Puma is used in the following countries: Albania, Canada, Denmark, Egypt and Estonia; Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Latvia; the Czech Republic; Denmark, Egypt, Estonia; France, Germany, Latvia; the Netherlands, New Zealand. Norway, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
